Supported Residential Facility
Supported Residential Facilities (SRFs) provide accommodation and personal care for people who require low-level assistance, accommodation, and support in a community setting. We provide excellence in service provision to people living with a disability, those with a mental health diagnosis or who otherwise are at a disadvantage.

We are the team behind individualised support and client-driven results that can provide the reassurance that you and your family member are in good hands.
Carers in our Supported Residential Facility provide valuable daily support. On admission to our lodge a manager will work with you and your support network to develop a comprehensive care and support plan.
Our Supported Residential Facility provides 24/7 care for up to 32 residents from dedicated carers.

Eligibility criteria
You must meet the following conditions before we can provide assistance:
- Have a diagnosed disability, mental illness, psychiatric disability or other condition, and low-level needs requiring support with activities of daily living to function as independently as possible.
- You are a recipient of the Disability Support Pension.
- You are an NDIS participant, or you meet the requirements for access to the NDIS.
- Willing to uphold client rights and responsibilities at our accommodation sites.
Locations
Our two accommodation sites feature multiple common areas and large dining halls, visiting doctors, a psychiatrist, and a podiatrist. Nutritious meals are prepared on the premises each day and residents enjoy the comfort of their own fully-furnished private room. Each facility can house up to 32 participants in either long term or respite care operating under 24-hour personalised care packages.
