At-Home Care

For some, the reassurance and companionship gained from having one of our carers visit for a few hours a day to help around the house will be enough. Others will require more intensive support that can be provided on either a live-in or live-out basis. We encourage independent decision-making wherever possible. It contributes to personal feelings of dignity, self-expression, and self-determination.

All people are entitled to expect that consideration and One Care Support Services ensures it happens throughout our care practices, including those who may require additional assistance when making decisions.

This assistance may take different forms, including advice and support from family, partners, or carers. Our professional support is consistently applied in such a way that the individual has as much choice and control over their life as possible.
